Lola Cooper, 63, passed away on Jan. 30, 2014 at her home in Hayden, AZ.
Lola was born the daughter of Harvey and Mildred (Cox) Standridge on Aug. 29, 1950 in Mesa, AZ. Lola married Ronnie “Buzz” Cooper on Jan. 20, 1968. They made their home in Hayden, AZ.
Lola was a Gila County Dispatcher for 19 years. Lola loved to play tennis and bowl. She was on a bowling league for many years and carried a 160 average.
Lola is survived by her husband, Ronnie of 46 years of marriage; children, Rhonda Cooper and Gary Cooper; grandchildren, Joey Preston, Tessa Preston and Julian Cruz; great-grandchild, Eli Dominguez; and seven siblings.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Cooper will be held Wednesday, Feb. 5, 2014 at 6 p.m. with a visitation from 4 to 6 p.m. at Griffith Mortuary Chapel, Kearny, AZ.
