Lloyd Thomas “Ticker” Andrews Jr., 47, passed on May 21, 2015 in Superior, from an unknown cause.

As a child, Ticker rode steers in the junior rodeo. As he got older, he took an interest in dirtbikes and motorcycles. In more recent times, he was quite an artist, he liked to paint beautiful portraits of mountain & tree landscapes. He liked to play darts. Tickler attended school in his hometown of Superior, until his freshman year where he then attended school at Apache Junction High School. He worked and took classes at MCC and CAC in his early twenties. He served an apprenticeship as a heavy equipment operator and as an electrician he has worked in Arizona and in Washington State.

Lloyd is survived by his parents, Lloyd Andrews Sr. and Sandra Irwin- Doyle; sister, Lori Jean Andrews; daughters, Megan Lynn (John) Andrews, Katrina Jean Andrews and Dallas Louise Andrews; son, Jaylet Thomas Andrews; grandchildren, Nathan Cole, twins Adam Ash and Mason Rain, and Bella Rose; niece, Amber Kay Andrews; nephew, Cory Lyle Andrews; and great nieces and nephews, Holly Jean, Kendray Jay, and Jacob Wayne.

Ticker was well-known throughout the community for being very helpful and for being a clown. He loved to make people laugh, he liked to tell jokes and do impersonations. Ticker was very generous and befriended everyone.

Services will take place on June 13 at 10 a.m. upstairs at the Los Hermanos Restaurant and Lounge, located at 835 W US Highway 60 in Superior. Interment will follow at the Fairview Cemetery in Superior.
