Kearny Police Report – Aug. 16, 2017

  According to state law, there are two methods by which police may arrest suspected offenders. The suspect may be physically taken into the department and booked into jail, or the arresting officer may write a citation and release the suspect to appear in court later. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Only criminal citations are listed. All damages are estimates.

Aug. 7

  An animal bite was reported in the 100 block of Johnston Dr.

  Jason Eichenberger, 20, was arrested in the 300 block of Alden Rd. on warrants. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail in Florence.

Aug. 9

  An animal bite was reported in the 300 block of Essex Rd.

Aug. 11

  Assault was reported in the 900 block of Tilbury Dr.

Aug. 13

  Criminal damage was reported in the 400 block of Greenwich Rd.

   Assault was reported in the 200 block of Jamestown Circle.

  Calls not listed include: ambulance request (6), citizen assist (2), agency assist (1), animal/cattle complaint (4), suspicious activity (3), welfare check (1), traffic stop (6), fire (2) and alarm drop (3).
