Harry Franklin Miller Jr. (“Frank”), 64, passed away on Nov. 22, 2017, following a long battle with cancer. Born in July 1953 in Williamsport, PA, he was the son of the late Harry F. Miller Sr. and Ada Marie Miller.
Frank grew up in and around Dudleyville, AZ. He graduated from Ray High School in Kearny, AZ in 1971. He worked for BHP Copper (formerly Magma Copper) for more than 28 years. He retired from mining and lived in Lakeside, AZ since 1997. Frank is a former member of the Board of Directors for the Lakeside Fire Department, and he owned and operated High County Green Waste in Lakeside until his illness led to his retirement a few years ago.
Frank loved the outdoors, and had a passion for hunting, especially white tail deer. He is survived by his three children, Nicole, Christy (Jay), and Frank III; his 6 grandchildren; and his extended family and many very close friends.
