Debbie Martinez born November 18, 1961 in Ray, passed away on May 27 at Casa de la Luz Hospice after a hard fight against breast cancer. She still had a smile and words of concern for those around her.Kindness and a free spirit best describe her.
Debbie was self employed and made Aravaipa her lifelong residence.She loved her son, Francisco with all her heart. She was active outdoors and always loved all her pets as children.
She is preceded in death by her mother Olivia Martinez, father Frank Martinez and nephew Paul David Alvarado. She is survived by her son, Francisco Martinez of Aravaipa, sister Linda Alvarado, and brothers Martin Martinez Sr. and Frankie Martinez.
A celebration of life will be held at the Dudleyville Community Center on Friday, June 6 at 5 p.m. Alfred Denogean and Paul Alvarado will be holding memorial services. A potluck will take place after the services.
