The suspect may be physically taken into the department and booked into jail, or the arresting officer may write a citation and release the suspect to appear in court later. Sept. 5
Criminal damage was reported in the 200 block of O’Donnell.
Violation of a court order was reported in the 300 block of Palo Verde.
Violation of a court order was reported in the 900 block of Church.
Theft was reported to police at the police station.
An accident was reported in the area of Highway 60 and Main Street.
Sept. 6
Elizabeth Figueroa, 41, Superior, was arrested and charged with threatening/intimidation.
Theft was reported in the 500 block of Highway 60.
Sept. 7
Possible fraud was reported in the 700 block of Main Street.
An accident was reported in the 800 block of Western.
Sept. 8
Theft was reported in the 500 block of Kiser.
Possible theft was reported in the 1000 block of Western.
Theft was reported in the 800 block of Highway 60.
Sept. 9
Miguel Gomez, 26, Superior, was arrested on warrants issued out of Pinal County and Superior.
Sept. 10
Assault was reported to police at the police station.
Sept. 11
A warrant arrest was made and the subject was taken to see the judge.
Calls not listed include six information reports, two alarm drops, four welfare checks, four animal complaints, five disturbances, three agency assists, two medical calls, seven traffic reports, two civil matters, one 911 hang-up, one citizen assist and one found property report.
