  The Pinal County Sheriffs Report is taken from the daily logs, based on the information provided by deputies. All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Dec. 23

  Assault was reported in the area of S. Hwy. 77 and S. Hwy. 79, Oracle Junction.

  Theft was reported in the 60000 block of E. Eagle Heights Dr., SaddleBrooke.

  Burglary was reported in the 900 block of W. First Ave., San Manuel.

Dec. 24

  A hit and run accident occurred in the 28000 block of S. Veterans Memorial Blvd., San Manuel.

Dec. 25

  An accident with injuries was reported in the area of E. Webb Rd., San Manuel.

  An accident without injuries was reported in the area of E. Avenue G and E. Webb Dr., San Manuel.

Dec. 26

  Burglary was reported in the 4500 block of N. Dudleyville Rd., Dudleyville.

  Theft was reported in the 38000 block of S. Running Roses Ln., SaddleBrooke.

Dec. 27

  Jeffrey John Mabuce, 27, San Manuel, was arrested at milepost 98 on Hwy. 77, Oracle, and was charged with aggravated assault on a firefighter/EMT. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail in Florence.

  Criminal damage was reported in the 5900 block of N. Dudleyville Rd., Dudleyville.

  An accident with injuries was reported in the 200 block of N. Viento Dr., Oracle.

  Fire was reported in the area of N. Callas Dr., Oracle.

  Theft was reported in the 39000 block of S. Old Arena Dr., SaddleBrooke.

  Theft was reported in the 62000 block of E. Oakwood Dr., SaddleBrooke. A second theft report was received by Pinal County Sheriff’s Office three hours later.

Dec. 28

  Ruben Molano, 29, Tucson, was arrested in the 47000 block of E. Loxia Dr., Oracle Junction, and was charged with assault, aggravated assault and fighting/DV (domestic violence). He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

  A fatal ATV accident was reported on Arnett Dr. south of Superior Telegraph Canyon Rd., Superior. (See related story.)

  Violation of a court order was reported in the 900 block of N. Sherman Dr., Oracle.

  Theft was reported in the 2000 block of W. Paseo Redondo, Oracle.

  An accident without injuries was reported in the area of S. Hwy. 77 and E. SaddleBrooke Blvd., SaddleBrooke.

Dec. 29

  Theft was reported in the 500 block of S. Encina St., San Manuel.

  Criminal damage was reported in the 51000 block of N. Forman Rd., Top of the World.
