The Pinal County Sheriff’s Report is taken from the daily logs, based on the information provided by deputies. All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Jan. 11

Theft was reported in the 39000 block of S. Horse Run Dr., Eagle Crest. Taken from the residence were a computer, iPhone and jewelry, valued at $5,980.

Jan. 12

Michael Anthony Hinojos, 35, San Manuel, was arrested in the 200 block of Avenue I, San Manuel, and was charged with threats-intimidation, assault and disorderly conduct. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail in Florence.

Jan. 13

An unattended death was reported in the 8000 block of S. Encino Rd., Mammoth.

A house fire was reported in the 3000 block of N. Alice Dr., Oracle. All occupants were out of the house. The call was turned over to Oracle Fire Department.

Criminal damage was reported in the area of N. Water Tank Rd., Oracle. A fence and gate were damaged by a vehicle.

Jan. 14

Theft of a Fed Ex package was reported in the 62000 block of E. Redwood Dr., SaddleBrooke.

Attempted theft of a vehicle was reported in the 60000 block of E. Cantle Ct., Eagle Crest.

Assault was reported in the 700 block of S. McNab Parkway, San Manuel. Two students were fighting; one was injured. No charges were filed and discipline was turned over to the school.

Criminal damage was reported in the 700 block of S. McNab Parkway, San Manuel.

Theft from a bank account was reported in the area of S. Avenue A, San Manuel.

Theft of beer was reported at the Minit Market in San Manuel. An unknown person took a 30-pack of Budweiser without paying for it.

Jan. 15

Theft of a firearm was reported in the 4900 block of N. Camino Rio, Dudleyville.

A concerned citizen reported that a house was on fire in the 19000 block of S. River Rd., Mammoth. Pinal County Sheriff’s Office, Mammoth Police Department and firefighters from Pinal Rural Fire Rescue were dispatched to the scene. It was later determined that it wasn’t a house on fire, but a fire in a fire pit.

Burglary was reported in the 600 block of W. Sunset Ave., Oracle. Vehicle parts were reported missing.

A stovetop grease fire was reported in the 38000 block of S. Carefree Dr., SaddleBrooke. Golder Ranch Fire was dispatched to the scene.

A fight was reported at the First Avenue Elementary School, San Manuel. There were no injuries and the school handled the discipline.

A fire was reported in the 500 block of S. Encina St., San Manuel. A concerned citizen reported that a trailer was on fire. It was later determined that it was a rubble pile that was on fire, not a home. San Manuel Fire Department was dispatched to the scene.

Jan. 16

Raul Sanchez Corona Jr., 40, Hayden, was arrested in the area of Velasco and Second Street, Hayden, and was charged with burglary and theft. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail in Florence.

Theft of a dog was reported in the 22000 block of N. Mienta Ave., Kearny.

Theft was reported in the 600 block of E. Nuestro St., Oracle.

Jan. 17

Brian M. Lawrence, 36, Tucson, was arrested at the San Manuel Bunkhouse on a warrant for interfering with judicial proceedings. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.
