The Pinal County Sheriff’s Report is taken from the daily logs, based on the information provided by deputies. All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

May 3

Benjamin Daniel Molina, 20, San Manuel, was arrested in the 500 block of Ladera St., San Manuel, on a warrant for probation violation. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail in Florence.

Rafael Miguel Gracia, 18, San Manuel, was arrested in the area of Fifth Pl. and Avenue C, San Manuel, and was charged with criminal damage, possession of marijuana and hit and run. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Identity theft was reported in the 2000 block of W. Paseo Redondo, Oracle.

Theft of jewelry was reported in the 63000 block of E. Desert Highland Dr., SaddleBrooke.

Burglary was reported in the 400 block of S. Tierra Verde Pl., San Manuel.

May 4

Michael Steven Dykes, 29, Oracle, was arrested and charged with assault, disorderly conduct, possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

May 5

An unattended death was reported in the 61000 block of E. Forelock Pl., Eagle Crest.

Criminal damage was reported in the area of S. Veterans Memorial Blvd. and Tank Rd., San Manuel. A fence was damaged in a single vehicle accident.

A fire was reported in the 600 block of W. Second Ave., San Manuel. A lit grill blew over during high winds and ignited some brush in the alley. San Manuel Fire Department extinguished the fire.

May 6

Albert Arnold DeHerrera Sr., 52, San Manuel, was arrested at the San Manuel PCSO substation on a warrant for failure to appear. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

PCSO assisted Mammoth Police with a domestic violence call.

Burglary was reported in the 400 block of E. Diane Dr., Queen Valley.

May 7

Thomas Joe Windham, 34, San Manuel, was arrested in the area of First Ave. and Second Ave., San Manuel, on a warrant for failure to appear. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Theft of prescription medication was reported to PCSO at the Oracle substation.

Burglary was reported in the 100 block of S. McNab Parkway, San Manuel.

Criminal damage was reported at the San Manuel Golf Course.

Theft was reported in the 27000 block of S. Redington Rd., San Manuel.

May 8

Reynaldo Jesus Martinez, 32, Mammoth, was arrested in the area of Fifth and Rolfs St., Mammoth, on warrants for failure to appear, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to pay child support and four warrants for failure to comply with a court order. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

May 9

Jesus Sandoval Rodriguez, 62, San Manuel, was arrested in the 600 block of S. Tierra Verde, San Manuel, and was charged with disorderly conduct-domestic violence. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Burglary was reported in the 1300 block of W. Hackberry Way, Oracle.
