If you were planning on making the trip to Florence to share your comments about the proposed Medical Marijuana Facility in Dudleyville on Jan. 17, you can cancel the trip.
The Pinal County Public Works department has noticed that the item on the Planning and Zoning Commission has been pulled from the agenda due to a public notice deficiency made by the applicant.
The applicants will have to resubmit paperwork and publish a new public notice. A date for rescheduling the meeting has not been set at this time.
The original application was submitted by Paul Shaub, Dr. Glenn Wilt and Gregory Rowles. The three-member board plans on opening the Pinal County Wellness Center to distribute marijuana to authorized prescription holders.
