Mammoth Police

  According to state law, there are two methods by which police may arrest suspected offenders. The suspect may be physically taken into the department and booked into jail, or the arresting officer may write a citation and release the suspect to appear in court later. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Only criminal citations are listed. All damages are estimates.

March 28

  Criminal damage was reported in the 100 block of Third St.

March 29

  An accident was reported in the 100 block of Copper.

March 30

  Police received a report of a drunk person in the area east of Main St.

April 1

  Criminal damage was reported in the area of San Manuel Dr.

  Calls not listed include: 911 open line (1), disturbance (1), medical (2), fingerprints (1), traffic stop (5), fire (1), information (1), harassment (1), welfare check (1), agency assist (3), suspicious activity (1), citizen assist (1) and animal complaint (1).
