Hayden Police Report

According to state law, there are two methods by which police may arrest suspected offenders. The suspect may be physically taken into the department and booked into jail, or the arresting officer may write a citation and release the suspect to appear in court later. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Only criminal citations are listed. All damages are estimates. Items for this report are submitted by the Hayden Police Department and reflect information available at the time of the report.

July 25

Jonathan Stevenson, was arrested for unlawful use/means of transportation, criminal damage, criminal trespass and disorderly conduct. He was transported to Globe and booked into the Gila County Jail. Investigation is ongoing.

July 27

Agency assist to Kearny Ambulance on the 100 block of Hillside with a medical problem.

Animal control other than human dog bite on the 500 block of Garfield. Report was received of pit bull attacking a small canine.

July 28

Report was received of unknown person(s) cutting the fence near the west gate at SMITHCO and taking slag material. Photos of shoe impressions were taken.

July 29

Citizen assist with permission to be at a home on the 600 block of Canyon Drive.

Criminal damage and trespassing was reported on the 600 block of Hayden Ave.

July 30

Agency assist with a structure fire in Kearny.

July 31

Welfare check request on the 100 block of Ninth St.

Aug. 2

Harassment was reported on the 200 block of 1st St. in Winkelman.

Aug. 3

Chezeraie N. Encinas was arrested for a domestic disturbance. She was transported to Globe and booked into the Gila County Jail.

An alarm drop was investigated at Eddie Tire. All was found to be secure.

Agency assist with Native Air with a medical situation.

A code 20 check was conducted at a residence on the 100 block of Park Lane. All appeared secure.

Extra patrol was requested on the 100 block of Lower Rd.

Report of a possible alarm drop at Hayden High School.

Aug. 4

Report of a fight in progress at Minit Market. Parties were separated.

Citizen assist to a motorist unable to gain entry into vehicle.

A neighborhood disturbance was reported on the 200 block of 2nd St in Winkelman.

Aug. 5

Citizen assist with a medical problem on the 200 block of Quarelli.

Aug. 7

A welfare check was requested on the 600 block of Utah.

Aug. 8

A welfare check was requested on 10th St. and San Pedro.

Aug. 9

Citizen assist with a medical problem at 10th St. and San Pedro.
