Hayden Police Report

According to state law, there are two methods by which police may arrest suspected offenders. The suspect may be physically taken into the department and booked into jail, or the arresting officer may write a citation and release the suspect to appear in court later. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Only criminal citations are listed. All damages are estimates. Items for this report are submitted by the Hayden Police Department and reflect information available at the time of the report.

Mar. 22

A report of a subject failing to comply with a court order was taken.

Medical assist at Asarco.

A verbal confrontation was reported on N. Utah.

Mar. 23

A dog problem was reported in the area of 5th and Utah.

Mar. 25

Agency assist to Kearny Police Department in reference with a hit/run subject.

Unwanted subjects were reported trespassing on property on W Second St.

Gabriel Ramos of Hayden was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to Globe and booked into the Gila County Jail.

Mar. 26

Criminal damage/domestic violence was reported on N. Hayden Ave.

An aggravated assault was reported between juveniles at Garms Park.

An alarm drop was reported at a business on Hwy 177. Check of the building found it to be secure.
