On August 13, 2015, Florence Police Detectives served a search warrant in Chandler, AZ at the residence of Kenneth Hess (04/28/71). Hess has been the subject of an ongoing investigation since December 2014; he moved to the Chandler area in 2015. During the course of the investigation it was found that Hess was a suspect in the possible Sexual Assault and Molestation of at least two of his three adopted children ranging in ages from 1-5 years. Hess was booked into the Pinal County Jail on: (2 Counts) of Sexual Assault, (2 Counts) of Molestation of a Child, and (3 Counts) of Child Abuse. No bond has been set. Charges of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor are pending the forensic outcome of seized computer equipment. Hess is a self-employed photographer.
