Have you ever wondered what the insides of some of the homes in Superior look like?

We have all driven by and seen some of the older homes in Superior get a facelift. Often times it is more than just a coat of paint that is being done. The insides of these homes are remodeled to reflect the personality of the owners.

This year one of the featured homes is the house that has sat vacant for decades next to the creek on Stone. It has been remodeled and is one of the newest homes on the home tour this year.  The owners have carefully preserved the adobe structure only adding a small porch to the front and modernizing the bathrooms and living quarters.  A home that looked ready for the bulldozer is now a cute creekside cottage.

You can check out this home and several others at the annual Superior Chamber of Commerce home tour, pre-sale tickets are available for $10 or $12 day of the event.

The Home Tour is open Saturday, Jan. 30, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, Jan. 31, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.  The Magma Club will feature the antique show and the art show will be held on Main St. next to the Rolling Rock Gallery.  There is no admission to the art or antique shows.

For more information on the event or to pre-order your tickets, contact the Superior Chamber of Commerce at 520-689-0200.
