Copper Basin News Pinal County Sheriff’s Report Sept. 17-23

The Pinal County Sheriff’s Report is taken from the daily logs, based on the information provided by deputies. All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Sept. 17

Theft of a vehicle was reported in the 3000 block of South Highway 77, Aravaipa. The vehicle was described as a tan 1992 Ford Ranger.

Sept. 21

Criminal damage was reported in the 55000 block of East Florence-Kelvin Highway, Kearny. A sliding glass door was broken.

Sept. 22

An elderly woman called PCSO to report that there was a rattlesnake near her car, located in the 5600 block of North Dudleyville Rd., Dudleyville. It hadn’t bitten anyone, but she needed help removing it. The call was turned over to Dudleyville Fire Department which relocated the snake.

Sept. 23

Editor’s Note: The Pinal County Sheriff’s Office has been in the process of upgrading its “Spillman” system which is used to generate the media and arrest reports that we use to write the Pinal County Sheriff’s Report. We were unable to open several days’ worth of reports.
