On Saturday, Nov. 13, the first Tri-Community yard sale took place at the 1995 W. American Ave carwash plaza in Oracle. The idea for the community yard sale came from the multiple shop owners of the plaza. The hopes are to help the people of the community have the ability to get rid of things that might be useful to someone else in the community.

“We want to grow, and make this a swap-meet type yard sale tradition that continues once a month,” said Venessa Guadiana of Cheetovibez Smoke Shop. “We invite vendors, and people who want to sell old belongings, new items, or creative items.”

The second Tri-Community yard sale will take place on Dec. 4, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the 1995 W. American Ave carwash plaza. It is currently $5 to rent out a 12×12 space for this coming event. To secure your space, contact Venessa Guadiana at 520-780-6051 or through the Cheetovibez Smoke Shop social media. You can also contact Kathy at 631-553-1467.
