  According to state law, police may arrest suspected offenders by two methods. The suspect may be physically taken into the department and booked into jail, or the arresting officer may write a citation and release the suspect to appear in court later. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Only criminal citations are listed. All damage amounts are estimates.

Aug. 23

    Ashley Jimenez, 27, Superior, was arrested in the 100 block of Saguaro Dr. and was charged with aggravated assault/DV (domestic violence), assault/DV, criminal damage/DV and disorderly conduct/DV. She was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail in Florence.

Aug. 24

  Pursuit took place at 500 block of Kiser St.

  Pursuit took place at 500 block of Kiser St.  Jorge L. Sanchez, 50, Superior, was arrested in the 500 block of Kiser St. following a police pursuit. He was charged with possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia; and was also arrested on a Pinal County warrant. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Aug. 28
    Criminal damage was reported on the 500 block of Kiser Dr.
