Sue Anderson has resigned as President of the Superior Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber is hosting a recognition event on Sept. 23 to celebrate her many years of service.

Sue has been instrumental in the growth and success of the Chamber. Under her leadership, the Chamber was able to purchase the building at 165 Main Street, where they operate the Visitor Center and run operations for the Chamber.

Sue has led many community-focused Chamber initiatives such as the popular Annual Superior Home Tour, which has been and continues to be a major tourism event for the town. She also created “Let’s Talk Trash”, a town-wide trash pickup event, that brought the community together for a common goal of making Superior a great place for residents to live and for businesses to thrive.

Moving forward, Sue will continue with her support of the Superior Chamber of Commerce as a member of the board.

The recognition event will take place at the Superior Chamber of Commerce building at 165 Main Street at 5:30 p.m. on Sept. 23. Guests are asked to RSVP by emailing superiorazchamber@outlook.com.
