M-SM Education Foundation Golf Tournament set

The 5th Annual Mammoth-San Manuel Education Foundation Golf Tournament will be held Saturday, March 8, 2014 at the Hayden Golf Course. The tournament is a fundraising event that benefits the Education Foundation. The Education Foundation is a 501 (C) 3 non-profit organization that was established in 2006 to support the students, staff and teachers of the Mammoth-San Manuel Unified School District.

The format for the golf tournament is a four person scramble. Entry fee is $45 per person which includes golf and lunch. Carts are an additional $5 per person. Space is limited and the entry fee is $55 after March 7. The tournament is looking for corporate sponsors, $500, and tee sponsorships, $50.

The Hayden Golf Course located at 624 Golf Course Blvd. is hosting the tournament. Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. with a 9 a.m. fly over start provided by Parrish Traweek from the San Manuel-Ray Blair Airport. There will be prizes for first and second place plus chances to win prizes for longest drive, closest to the pin, longest putt and split the pot. Mulligans will be available to purchase plus raffle tickets. Golfers will have an opportunity to bid on some choice prizes in a silent auction. This is a fun tournament and all the proceeds will benefit the students of the Mammoth-San Manuel School District.

Registration forms can be picked up at the Mammoth-San Manuel School District office next to the auditorium or Farmers Insurance office 101 S. McNab Parkway. Payment and registration forms can be mailed to MSM Education Foundation, PO Box 659, San Manuel, AZ 85631 or drop off at Farmers Insurance. Please make checks payable to MSM Education Foundation.
