Kenneth E. Laabs Jr. was born on April 15, 1950 in Brookings, South Dakota. He passed away peacefully at his home on May 7, 2021 in San Manuel, AZ. surrounded by his family.
He is preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Laabs Sr., his mother, Frances Laabs, and sister, Jackie Youngman. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Linda Laabs; sisters, Diane Scofield, Sandy Laabs Hughes and Tammie Janes (John); and his brother Dennis as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Kenny was a lifelong resident of the state of Arizona from age 5. Kenny worked as a mechanic for the City of Coolidge for 10 years as well as a lighting technician up until he was no longer able to work. He enjoyed quadding on the AZ trails with his family and friends. He enjoyed golfing and shooting his guns in the desert.
Kenny was greatly loved by all and will be greatly missed.
Services were held at San Manuel Assembly of God Church on Saturday, May 15.
