  According to state law, there are two methods by which police may arrest suspected offenders. The suspect may be physically taken into the department and booked into jail, or the arresting officer may write a citation and release the suspect to appear in court later. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Only criminal citations are listed. All damages are estimates.

  Private property accident reported on the 300 block of Alden Rd.
Sept. 23

   Identity theft was reported on the 400 block of Greenwich Rd.
   Drunk driver was reported on Tilbury Drive.
  Calls not listed include:  traffic (23), suspicious person (2), ambulance request (12), suspicious activity (3), agency assist (1), citizen assist (2), animal complaint (1), harassment (1), alarm (1), suspicious vehicle (1), juvenile problem (1), gas leak (1), 911 Open line (5), open door (1), fire call (1) and motorist assist (1).
