Hayden election coming March 12

On Mar. 12, 2013 the Town of Hayden will be holding a primary election. On the ballot will be all seven council seats and Hayden’s Home Rule Option.

There will be no polling places, as this will be a vote-by-mail election. Official ballots will be mailed to each qualified elector beginning Thursday, Feb. 14, 2013.

It is important that the Gila County Recorder’s Office has your current information on file. Election material cannot be forwarded.

Electors will need to re-register if they have had a name change, address change, or wish to change party affiliation.

You may contact the Gila County Voter Registration staff at (928) 402-8731 or (800) 291-4452 if you have any questions or to determine if your information is current.

The deadline to register to vote for this election is Monday, Feb. 11, 2013.
