“When we started the season we came up with 10 team goals. One of them was to win 30 duals. We’re three wins away from that goal. We have a four way meet at Baboquivari vs Santa Cruz, Maricopa and Tohono O’ Odham. We will also face our last big test at the Salpointe invitational in Tucson, 25 teams have confirmed to be in the invitational with the Miners being the only Division IV school attending. Tough Competition makes you tougher and we’re looking forward to this meet.”
The Miners will now prepare for the Division IV Section III Championship Tournament on February 2nd in Benson.
