Gilbert Rodriguez placed first in the Magatron wrestling tournament held in Las Vegas, Nevada on Nov. 17. Gilbert wrestled in the 9/10 year-old category, at 65 lbs. His first match he won was 15 – 2, second matchWon By Fall (WBF): 47 sec,third match WBF: 1:25, fourth match WBF: 50 sec and the Championship match WBF: 1.30.

Both Rodriguez and Franky Rentoria wrestled in the Thoroughbred Jr. High Tournament on Nov. 24. Gilbert, wrestling at 68 lbs, won his second match 9 -0 and the Championship was WBF: 20 sec.

Franky Rentoria wrestled at 104 lbs, his first match was WBF: 45 sec, second match was WBF: 1.20, third match WBF: 25 sec and the Championship match LBO: 6 -1.
