Wanda Mitchell Tucker

Painting is Wanda’s life-long passion. Her father bought her first set of oil paints and brushes and encouraged her pursuit of artistic talents. Wanda’s paintings have been enjoyed by Cobre Valley Center for the Arts visitors for a number of years. She paints a wide variety of subjects and captures them all so well.

She has conducted painting classes at the Center, Pima College, Eastern Arizona College, Central Arizona College, in many Arizona communities and painting seminars in five states. Her classes at CVCA are always well attended and greatly appreciated. Ask about her next painting class at the front desk or our website, cvarts.org.

Wanda’s work has been featured in galleries in Scottsdale, Tubac, Tucson, Globe at Cobre Valley Center for the Arts and many other places around Arizona.

Opening reception will be Saturday, May 4, 2013, from 11 a.m to 2 p.m.
