Tri-Community turns out to help celebrate as ‘Oracle Rocks’ at annual Oaks Festival

The crowds were out Saturday in Oracle as the Oracle Community Center hosted its annual Oracle Oaks Festival. The theme this year was “Oracle Rocks.” Many parade entries reflecting this theme participated in the kick off to a day of fun in the cool Arizona spring sunshine.
