Tri-Community At Risk Rescue pets of the month

This month Tri-Community At Risk Rescue has two kittens desperately in need of homes.

Ozzy is a seven-month-old female Calico kitty. Like all kittens she is very playful with a feisty attitude and loves to show off. Ozzy is spayed, has had her rabies vaccination and two upper respiratory booster shots.

She is de-wormed, leukemia negative and litter box trained. She would love a home where she gets lots of one on one attention. Ozzy gets along well with other cats and with cat friendly dogs.

Kids seven and older would be a good fit for her as she is still a little bit too feisty for very young kids. Oozy’s adoption fee is $75.

All cats and kittens are adopted to inside only homes and come with a brief application and contract.

Lil’ Man is a five month old, orange and white male kitten. He is a very calm and mellow kitten who would love a home where he can lay around and get a lot of rubs and snuggles.

Lil’ Man is neutered, leukemia negative, de-wormed, rabies vaccinated, and has had two upper respiratory booster shots. He is also litter box trained and ready to be adopted to an owner with a little patience.

Older children are a perfect fit for this low energy kitten that will need some time to adjust to his new surroundings. He does great with all cats and kittens and fine with cat friendly dogs.

Adoption fee is $75 with a brief application and a contract. Lil’ Man can only be adopted to an inside home.

At Risk Rescue is happy to announce that last month’s Pet of the Month, Charley was adopted shortly after his picture appeared in the San Manuel Miner newspaper.

At Risk Rescue is sponsoring a raffle to raise money to support At Risk Rescue services in the Tri-Community. They are raffling a beautiful hand-made quilt. Gloria Mork made the two-sided quilt with a dog theme and donated it to At Risk Rescue.

Raffle tickets are $2 each or seven for $10. The drawing will be held Dec.19 and you don’t have to be present to win. Tickets can be purchased at Hot Dogs and Cool Cats in Oracle or by calling 520-896-2405.
