Superior Police Department

  According to state law, police may arrest suspected offenders by two methods. The suspect may be physically taken into the department and booked into jail, or the arresting officer may write a citation and release the suspect to appear in court later. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Only criminal citations are listed. All damage amounts are estimates.

June 7

  Criminal damage was reported on the 300 block of Kiser St.
  Road Rage was reported on U.S. Highway 60.

June 8

  Violation of a court order was reported on the 500 block of Kiser St.

June 9

   A sex offense was reported at the 100 block of Gray Dr.

   Gary W. Hayes, 41, out of Superior, was arrested on a Pinal County warrant on the 200 block of Kellner Ave. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail in Florence.

June 10

  Theft was reported on the 200 block of Terrace Dr.

June 12
  Criminal damage was reported on the 400 block of Picket Post Dr.

  Criminal damage was reported on the 1000 block of Western Ave.

  Criminal damage was reported on the 300 block of Cherrywood Pl.

June 13

  Criminal damage was reported on the 300 block of Bridge St. 

  Calls not listed include: suspicious vehicle (1), harassment (2), domestic (1), agency assist (3), traffic (39), alarm (10), citizen assist (2), suspicious person (4), animal problem (1), information (10), welfare check (7), suicidal subject (1),field interview (2),unknown emergency (1), search/rescue (1), attempt to locate (1),  reckless driving (3) and medical (5).
