  According to state law, police may arrest suspected offenders by two methods. The suspect may be physically taken into the department and booked into jail, or the arresting officer may write a citation and release the suspect to appear in court later. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Only criminal citations are listed. All damage amounts are estimates.

July 5

  Regina M. Labonte, 56, Supeiror, was arrested in the area of Hwy, 60 and Arboretum Way and was charged with driving on a suspended license. She was cited and released.

  Burglary was reported in the 400 block of Heiner Dr.

July 6

  Theft was reported in the 100 block of Neary Ave.

  A narcotics offense was reported in the 800 block of Hwy. 60.

  Angelica M. Sinteral, 38, Superior, was arrested in the 500 block of Kiser St. on a Pinal County Sheriff’s Office failure to appear warrant. She was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

  Mary M. Mendoza, 42, Superior, was arrested in the 500 block of Kiser St. and was charged with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct. She was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail in Florence.

July 7

  Theft of a vehicle was reported in the 1000 block of Belmont Ave.

  Adrian J. P. Garcia, 39, San Tan Valley, was arrested in the 1000 block of Balmont Ave. and was charged with criminal damage/DV (domestic violence) and disorderly conduct/DV. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

July 8

  Verdell Gutierrez, 18, Superior, was arrested in the 400 block of Hill St. on two Pinal County Sheriff’s Office failure to appear warrants. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

July 10

  Audrey M. Pino, 33, Superior, was arrested in the area of Sonora and Bridge streets on multiple warrants for failure to appear (DPS and PCSO) and a post adjudication rule warrant out of the Florence Police Department. She was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

July 11

  An accident without injuries was reported in the area of Hwy. 60 and Meridian Dr.

  Calls not listed include traffic stop (8), disturbance (6), information (10), welfare check (3), suspicious activity (41, civil matter (1), animal complaint (1), alarm drop (6), agency assist (7), field interview (1), utility problem (1), threats/harassment (2), victim’s rights notification (1), traffic hazard (1), trespassing (3), fraud (1), citizen assist (1), abandoned vehicle (1) and fireworks (1).

  The Superior Police and Fire Departments have contracted all dispatch services to the Pinal County Sheriff (POLICE) and Florence PD (FIRE). As a result of these changes, you need to know some new phone numbers.
