Superior Police Department

  According to state law, police may arrest suspected offenders by two methods. The suspect may be physically taken into the department and booked into jail, or the arresting officer may write a citation and release the suspect to appear in court later. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Only criminal citations are listed. All damage amounts are estimates.

March 2

  An accident with injuries was reported in the area of WS Hwy. 60 and Church Ave.

March 3

  Daniela Romero, 30, Superior, was arrested in the 800 block of US Hwy. 60 and was charged with possession of dangerous drugs, possession of marijuana, possession of dangerous drugs for sale and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was also arrested on a failure to appear (FTA) warrant issued out of the Arizona Department of Public Safety. She was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail in Florence.

  An accident without injuries was reported in the 1100 block of US Hwy. 60.

March 5

  Officers investigated narcotic drug complaints in the zero block of McKelveyville Rd. and 100 block of Panther Dr.

  An accident without injuries was reported in the area of Main St. and US Hwy. 60.

March 6

  Thomas J. Rodriguez, 39, Miami, was arrested in the 100 block of Lobb Ave. on a FTA warrant issued by the Miami Police Department. He was transported to Miami and turned over to Miami Police.

March 8

  Audriani Z. Ramos, 30, Globe, was arrested in the 1100 block of US Hwy. 60 on a FTA warrant issued by the Gila County Sheriff’s Office. She was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

  Denise L. Amodor, 48, Superior, was arrested in the 500 block of US Hwy. 60 and was charged with shoplifting. She was cited and released.

March 10

  Bridgette S. Sheehan, 31, Superior, was arrested in the 500 block of US Hwy. 60 and was charged with possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotic drugs. She was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

  Tommy G. Reinhert, 71, Miami, was arrested in the 500 block of US Hwy. 60 and was charged with criminal speed. He was cited and released.

March 11

  Theft was reported in the 1100 block of US Hwy. 60.

March 12

  Frank M. Pino, 20, Superior, was arrested in the 200 block of Gibbs St. and was charged with assault/domestic violence (DV) and disorderly conduct/DV. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

March 18

  Theft was reported in the 100 block of Palo Verde Dr.

  Samantha R. Boyce, 30, Superior, was arrested in the area of Porphyry St. and Rainbow St. and was charged with possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was also arrested on a pre-adjudication rule warrant and a felony criminal trespassing warrant, both issued out of Pinal County. She was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

  Robert C. Hernandez, 48, Superior, was arrested in the area of Moffatt St. and Stone Ave. on a parole violation warrant issued by the Arizona Department of Corrections. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

March 20

  Assault was reported in the 200 block of Golf Course Rd.

  An accident without injuries was reported in the 500 block of US Hwy. 60.

March 21

  A narcotics drug complaint was made in the zero block of Old Phoenix Rd.

  Theft was reported in the 900 block of Center Ave.

March 23

  Bradford Henderson, 47, Mesa, was arrested in the 800 block of US Hwy. 60 and was charged with possession of dangerous drugs, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

  Victor M. Cabrera, 28, Superior, was arrested at milepost 224 on US Hwy. 60 and was charged with driving on a revoked license. He was cited and released.

  Charles D. Caillouette, 49, Superior, was arrested in the 1100 block of US Hwy. 60 and was charged with driving on a suspended license. He was cited and released.

March 24

  A narcotics drug complaint was made in the 100 block of Lobb Ave.

March 25

  A narcotics drug complaint was made in the 100 block of Panther Dr.

March 27

  James L. Harrelson, 46, Clearfield, UT, was arrested in the 200 block of Crowe St. and was charged with assault/DV. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.
