All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Only criminal citations are listed. All damage amounts are estimates.

Sept. 18
Christopher M. Miranda, 25, Superior, was arrested in the area of Hwy. 60 and Western Ave., and was charged with driving on a suspended license. He was cited and released.
Breanna A. Duarte, 20, Superior, was arrested in the area of Stansberry Ave. and Porphyry St. and was charged with possession of dangerous drugs, possession of marijuana, driving on a suspended license and three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. She was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail in Florence.
Michael J. Balthazor, 46, Superior, was arrested in the area of Stansberry Ave. and Porphyry St. and was charged with possession of dangerous drugs, possession of marijuana and three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was cited and released.
Sept. 20
Robert P. Luz, 23, Superior, was arrested in the zero block of Pisano St. and was charged with assault-domestic violence. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.
Anthony C. Varela, 24, Superior, was arrested in the area of Gibbs St. and Stone Ave. and was charged with obstructing governmental operations. He was cited and released.
Sept. 21
Burglary was reported in the 1000 block of Western Ave.
Sept. 22
Burglary was reported in the zero block of Neary Ave.
Sept. 23
Theft was reported in the 500 block of Kiser St.
Rose M. Nazario, 26, Superior, was arrested and charged with simple assault. She was cited and released.
Theft was reported in the 900 block of Center Ave.
