According to state law, police may arrest suspected offenders by two methods. The suspect may be physically taken into the department and booked into jail, or the arresting officer may write a citation and release the suspect to appear in court later. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Only criminal citations are listed. All damage amounts are estimates.

Sept. 4
Violation of a court order was reported in the 100 block of Neary Ave.
Richard Dodge, 42, Superior, was arrested in the area of Hwy. 60 and Kiser St. and charged with possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was cited and released.
Sept. 5
Mariah Hernandez, 20, Superior, was arrested in the 100 block of Neary Ave. and was charged with two counts of assault. She was cited and released.
Violation of a court order was reported in the 100 block of Neary Ave.
Criminal damage was reported in the zero block of Lobb Ave.
Leo R. Ybarra, 60, Superior, was arrested in the area of Sunset Dr. and was charged with allowing an unauthorized minor to drive. He was cited and released.
Michael A. Salazar, 35, Superior, was arrested in the area of Valentine St. and Contreras St. and was charged with possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on a suspended license. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail in Florence.
Sept. 6
Andrew W. Robbins, 54, Superior, was arrested and charged with possession of dangerous drugs. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.
Sept. 7
Johnny Y. Morales, 47, Superior, was arrested in the area of Hill St. and Stone Ave. and was charged with driving on a suspended license. He was cited and released.
Sept. 10
Stephanie A. Armenta, 29, Superior, was arrested on a warrant issued out of the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear. She was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.
