The suspect may be physically taken into the department and booked into jail, or the arresting officer may write a citation and release the suspect to appear in court later. An accident was reported in the area of Hwy. 177.
Aug. 12
Jose Romero, Superior, was arrested and charged with three counts of assault.
Possible vehicle theft was reported at the Main St. Police Station.
