The Class of 1962 is busy and excited about this weekend, Oct. 13,, because this class will be celebrating its fiftieth class reunion. The class considers themselves a big family, because of all the years spent together, in and out of their school years, and the communication that has continued.
The schedule is a group class picture on the steps of the old high school, tours of the schools, then a social and dinner at the Jade Grill. This class has had the misfortune of having 18 deceased classmates that they are aware of, but, whom will always be remembered.
The Superior High School Class of 1962 is in the years of going to bed with the chickens, walking with care, wearing dentures, having knee replacements and thinning hair, although some still have dark hair.
The schedule was planned early, because some can’t drive at night, not being as young as they used to be, but, all are thankful for the years they have had together. May the friendships continue until the end and may it be a joyous and fabulous fiftieth reunion.
