San Manuel Library Chairperson

Attention all San Manuel Library card holders (18 and older)! It is time for the San Manuel Library Board election. The library board is the governing body of the library. It handles all matters pertaining to the library. The board consists of five members who are elected for a two year term. This year three of the seats are up for reelection. All the candidates running for the seats are at the present time volunteers at the library. Each candidate is a resident of San Manuel and many are involved in other civic activities.

The election will be held from Jan. 27 through Feb. 1. The voting takes place in the library during regular operating hours and the cardholder must have his/her library card with him/her. Cardholders may vote for one to three candidates. Only one vote per candidate is allowed.

The candidates are as follow (listed alphabetically): Liz Garcia, Sarah Holcomb, Louise Krouse, Linda Lee (incumbent), Sharon Matthews, Chaille McGrew (incumbent), TJ Puhara (incumbent).

Voting will insure that you have a part in the operation of our library so please remember the dates of Jan. 27 through Feb. 1 and VOTE.
