Sheriff’s Report – Miner

The Pinal County Sheriff’s Report is taken from the daily logs, based on the information provided by deputies. All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Dec. 19 Burglary was reported in the area of North Rockliffe Boulevard and West American Avenue, Oracle. A vehicle’s window was broken.

Dec. 20 Alan Dale Johnson, 49, Florence, was arrested by deputies at the Mammoth Police Department on a failure to appear warrant. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail in Florence.

Dec. 20 Burglary from a vehicle was reported in the area of North Rockliffe Boulevard and West American Avenue, Oracle.

Dec. 20 Phillip Ross Morgan, 29, Flagstaff, was arrested on Mount Lemmon Highway, Oracle, and charged with three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Dec. 21 Theft of phone cable was reported in the area of East Blue Bonnet Street and South Highway 77, Mammoth.

Dec. 21 Theft of phone cable was reported in the 85000 block of East Hussey Street, Mammoth.

Dec. 22 Criminal damage was reported in the area of East Edwin Road and South Eagle Crest Ranch Boulevard, Eagle Crest. A vehicle’s windows were broken.

Dec. 22 An unattended death was reported in the 64000 block of East Wind Ridge Circle, SaddleBrooke.

Dec. 22 Theft of copper cable was reported in the area of Veterans Memorial Highway and South Republic Road, San Manuel. Take was 300 feet of 50 pair copper cable.

Dec. 23 Theft was reported in the 1800 block of West American Avenue, Oracle.

Dec. 23 An accident was reported in the area of Campo Bonito and Mount Lemmon Highway, Oracle. A tow flat bed truck was on its side in a ditch.

Dec. 23 Theft of a wallet was reported in the 400 block of South Avenue A, San Manuel.

Dec. 23 Armondo R. Dominguez, 22, Carlesbad, New Mexico, was arrested in the 60500 block of East Black Crest Loop, Eagle Crest, and was charged with disorderly conduct and domestic violence. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Dec. 28 Theft of a vehicle was reported in the 8000 block of South Glenrio Road, Mammoth. The vehicle was described as a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado.

Dec. 28 Candice Cherie Fritsch, 65, SaddleBrooke, was arrested in the 66500 block of Rose Ridge Drive, SaddleBrooke, and was charged with criminal damage. She was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Dec. 28 Gabriel T. Villanueva, 18, San Manuel, was arrested in the 400 block of Avenue B, San Manuel, and was charged with assault and disorderly conduct. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Dec. 29 Criminal damage was reported in the 1600 block of North El Paseo Circle, Oracle.

Dec. 29 An accident without injuries was reported on Forest Road 736 east of Lago Del Oro Parkway, SaddleBrooke. A Jeep rolled onto its side.

Dec. 29 Assault was reported in the 300 block of South El Camino, San Manuel.

Dec. 29 Vincent Jay Smith, 48, San Manuel, was arrested in the area of Mount Lemmon Highway and Revere, Oracle, and was charged with two counts of threatening and intimidation, two counts of disorderly conduct and one count of criminal damage. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.
