San Manuel track teams win Rotary Invitational

The Miners men’s and women’s track and field teams both finished first at the San Manuel Rotary Invitational. The Miners women’s track team remains undefeated. Coolidge was the runner-up on the men’s side, while Immaculate Heart was runner-up on the women’s side. A total of 13 teams competed at the event.

First-place finishers for the men were: Andres Rodriguez (110 Int Hurdles and 300 Int Hurdles), Carlos Salas (Pole Vault), Broc Traweek (Long Jump), and Javier Campos (Triple Jump).

First-place finishers for the women were: Lizzette Campa, Nicole Predgo, Jade Willard, and Ronzi Carbajal (4x100m Relay), Lizzette Campa (400m), and Jade Willard (Pole Vault).

The Miners will complete their regular season by hosting the Division IV, Section II Sectional Meet on Wednesday.
