San Manuel – Local boys and girls, ages 8 – 13 years of age, can join in the Elks National Hoops Contest on Dec. 14, at 8 am, at the San Manuel High School. Children must be ages 8-14 on April 1, 2014. The Elks National Hoop Shoot is a free throw program, which provides youths, age 8 – 14, an opportunity to compete while connecting with other youths.
