The Elks Club in San Manuel provided a Thanksgiving dinner on Sunday Nov.18. The free meal was provided for anyone in the Tri-Community.
The Elks volunteers cooked 12 turkeys, 4 hams and 20 pounds of sweet potatoes. They also served mashed potatoes with gravy, rolls, green beans, macaroni and cheese, macaroni salad, Jell-O salad as well as pumpkin and apple pies and cake. The Elks served over 200 people.
