Ruth Gonzalez, 77, passed away on Nov. 3, 2017 in Oro Valley, Arizona. She was born on Sept. 30, 1940 in Taylor, Texas to Isidro Garcia and Maria Reyes.
Ruth is preceded in death by her husband Carmelo Gonzalez, brothers Frank Garcia and Felix Garcia, her sisters Julia Garcia and Emma Hernandez, and her son Danny Hernandez.
Ruth is survived by her sister Nellie Rios, her brothers Paul Garcia, David Garcia, and Eli Garcia. She also leaves behind her children Debra Hernandez, Maria Hernandez, Cynthia Gonzalez-Teninty, Elizabeth Joshua, Ismael Gonzalez, Stephanie Gonzalez, and Nicholas Gonzalez, 22 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Services will be held Saturday, Nov. 18, 2017 at the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Mammoth, Arizona. Visitation will be at 9 a.m., Rosary at 9:30 a.m. and Mass at 10:30 a.m. with a luncheon to follow at the Lions Club in Mammoth, Arizona.
