Robert B. (Robbie) Brooks, 61, passed away on April 24, 2013.
Rob, who was born in Hopewell, VA on Dec. 20, 1951, was a member of the San Manuel High School Class of 1971, a 14 year veteran of the US Navy, a long-time employee of Arizona Public Service, and had recently taken a job as Plant Supervisor for Pacific Gas and Electric in Eureka, CA.
He is survived by his sister, long-time San Manuel High School teacher Linda Brooks; his beloved wife of 38 years, Rosy; his daughter, Anna (Ron) Kirby; his son, Bryan (Jamie); his seven much beloved grandchildren; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws, and friends.
A memorial service is planned in Tucson, but a time and place have not yet been set.
