Raymond “Honey” Hinojos Sr., 65, of Coolidge, passed away in the loving care of his family on Jan. 30, 2015. He was born on Oct. 2, 1949 in Safford, Ariz. to Bernardo and Amelia (Romero) Hinojos.

Raymond enjoyed the outdoors, especially camping. He spent time traveling with his son and taking trips to casinos. He was devoted to his family, especially spending time with his grandchildren. Raymond was a strong man, who enjoyed pulling pranks on his family and friends.

He is survived by his wife, of 40 years, Yolanda Hinojos, a daughter; Lynette Hinojos, a son; Raymond Hinojos Jr., three grandchildren; Jordan Hinojos, Jacob Hinojos, Alyssa Valenzuela, a brother; Johnny Paredez, and three sisters; Antonia Sanchez, Irena Aguire, Rosa Ruiz.

He was preceded in death by both of his parents, brothers; Richard and Jacinto Hinojos, and sisters; Mary and Dora Reyes.

Rosary will be held on Feb. 10, 2015 at St. James Catholic Church at 9:30 a.m., Mass to begin at 10 a.m.
