Ray softball team wins past three games

After suffering their first loss of the season against Show Low last Tuesday, the Lady Bearcats have won their past three games.

The ‘Cats swept San Carlos in a double-header last Friday by scores of 14 – 2 and 15 – 1. They handled Salt River last Saturday, 8 – 1.

So far this year, Ray has allowed a total 9 runs in five games, an average of less than 2 runs per game.

The Bearcats play at Hayden on Mar. 22 before a home game versus Ft. Thomas on Mar. 25. The games begin at 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., respectively.
