Ray and Superior basketball players earn All-Division Honors

After releasing its All-Section teams a few weeks ago, the AIA announced the All-Division IV basketball teams for the 2014-15 season. Boys’ and girls’ players from Ray and Superior High Schools were among those who received recognition.

The following is a list, by team, of those players honored:

Ray Boys

All-Division IV Honorable Mention: Destry Yocum and Adonis Klockenga

Ray Girls

All-Division IV Second Team: Stormee Galka

All-Division IV Honorable Mention: Sidney Chenoweth and Savannah Willis

Superior Boys

All-Division IV Honorable Mention: Marcos Bueno

Superior Girls

All-Division IV Honorable Mention: Cierra Navarrette

Andrew Luberda began writing for Copper Area News Publishers (CANP) in February 2013 after working 15 years in Healthcare Financial Management. Andy covers sports for 11 high schools.
