Project Restoration Underway

Life Restoration Center recently went crusading through the streets of Superior. Young people from as far as California and Phoenix attended the crusade to help make a difference in Superior.

“Yes God’s church Is making a difference!” said Pastor John Vasquez. The crusade through the streets of Superior took the church volunteers “into the trenches, in the barrios in the troubled neighborhoods, this is where The Lord desires His Church to be!

We are on a mission our desire is to declare this Gospel to every nation, City and Town.” proclaimed Pastor Vasquez of the Life Restoration Center of the Apostolic Assembly Church in Superior

This is an annual event for the church. Members and volunteers were carrying posters and urging everyone to attend their live worship services that weekend. The group was promoting “Project Restoration” a program that the congregation believes that God can restore man’s state of mind.

“Man today is separated from God because of sin. So many families find themselves with broken marriages, broken hearts, drugs, alcohol problems, and they turn to gangs, trying to find a name for themselves. Society says put them in prison, put in jail, put them away, but in reality we forget that they have to come back home, and most of the time they come back, they come back out worse,” said Pastor Vasquez.

Their hope is that the ongoing ministry and crusading will help to lead people to Christ who will reform their lives; they are hoping to see a great result of many lives changed and restored.
