  The Pinal County Sheriffs Report is taken from the daily logs, based on the information provided by deputies. All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Feb. 10

  Theft of a vehicle was reported in the 1600 block of N. Calle Futura, Oracle.

Feb. 11

  Joseph Brian Badia, 31, San Manuel, was arrested in the 100 block of S. Clark St., Mammoth, on two warrants for interfering with judicial proceedings. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail in Florence.

  PCSO deputies served a search warrant in the 100 block of S. Clark St., Mammoth.

Feb. 13

  Anthony James Apodaca, 35, Oracle, was arrested in the 1100 block of N. Justice Dr., Oracle, and was charged with aggravated harassment. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

  Alejandro Phininzy Jr., 29, Oracle, was arrested in the area of American Ave. and Justice Dr., Oracle, on a warrant for non compliance. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

  Cordell Begay, 22, Ganado, AZ, was arrested at milepost 97 on Hwy. 77, Oracle, on a warrant for probation violation. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

  Violation of a court order was reported in the 1300 block of E. Aldwinkle Pl., Oracle.

  Theft was reported in the 64000 block of E. Via Aforunado, SaddleBrooke.

  Theft was reported in the 62000 block of E. Flower Ridge Dr., SaddleBrooke.

Feb. 14

  Stephanie Marler, 32, San Manuel, was arrested at milepost 56 on Veterans Memorial Blvd., San Manuel, and was charged with theft, taking the identity of another and non compliance. She was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Feb. 15

  Fire was reported in the area of S. Cody Loop Rd. and S. Wildcat Tr., Oracle.

  Burglary was reported in the 1700 block of S. Cody Loop Rd., Oracle.

  An accident without injuries was reported in the area of E. Diane Dr. and N. Sharon Dr., Queen Valley.

  An accident with injuries was reported in the area of E. Sixth St. and S. Avenue B, San Manuel.

Feb. 16

  Pedro Jesus Espinoza, 31, Arizona City, was arrested at milepost 96 on Hwy. 77, Oracle, and was charged with theft. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

  Theft was reported in the 32000 block of S. Cattle Tr., Oracle.

  A sex offense was reported in the area of E. Paseo Encino, Oracle.

  Theft was reported in the 100 block of S. Piedra Negra Dr., Queen Valley.
