  The Pinal County Sheriffs Report is taken from the daily logs, based on the information provided by deputies. All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Feb. 3

  Theft was reported in the 1400 block of N. Justice Dr., Oracle.

  Fire was reported in the 900 block of W. Fifth Ave., San Manuel.

Feb. 4

  Monica M. Brennan, 31, Hayden, was arrested in the Dudleyville area and was charged with burglary, theft and two counts of trafficking in stolen property. She was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail in Florence.

Feb. 5

  Robert Mario Cruz, 54, Catalina, was arrested in the area of Mt. Lemmon Rd., Oracle, and was charged with aggravated DUI (driving while under the influence of alcohol). He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

  An accident with injuries was reported in the 2900 block of W. Linda Vista Rd., Oracle.

Feb. 6

  Forgery and theft were reported in the 1000 block of N. John Adams St., Oracle.

  Theft was reported in the 800 block of W. Chicalote St., Oracle.

Feb. 7

  Burglary was reported in the 33000 block of N. Walnut Canyon Rd., Kearny.

  Burglary was reported in the 400 block of N. Walnut Pl., Oracle.

  Theft was reported in the 60000 block of E. Silky Mane Dr., SaddleBrooke.

Feb. 9

  Theft of a vehicle was reported in the 600 block of N. Robles Rd., Oracle.
