Aug. 31
Jorge Bonillas Armendariz, 20, Oracle, was arrested in the area of American Avenue and College, Oracle, and was charged with failure to comply with a court order. He was cited and released.
Jason Blair Noffsinger, 38, SaddleBrooke, was arrested in the SaddleBrooke area and was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, fraudulent schemes and artifices, theft and possession of narcotic drugs. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail in Florence.
Fred Davila Smith, 29, San Manuel, was arrested at milepost 111 on Highway 77 and was charged with disorderly conduct and criminal damage. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.
Fire was reported in the 2300 block of West Paseo Redondo, Oracle. Lightning struck a yucca plant, setting it and a nearby tree on fire. Oracle Fire Department responded and extinguished the fire.
Burglary was reported in the 400 block of East Cody Loop Road, Oracle.
Theft of a purse was reported in the 61000 block of East Redwood Drive, SaddleBrooke.
Assault was reported in the 400 block of South Encina Place, San Manuel.
Sept. 1
Gerald Bruce Gethke, 65, San Manuel, was arrested in the 28500 block of South Veterans Memorial Boulevard, San Manuel, on warrants for failure to appear and burglary. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.
Burglary was reported in the 1400 block of North Calle Granada, Oracle.
Assault was reported in the 600 block of West Fourth Avenue, San Manuel.
Sept. 2
Theft of outside lighting was reported in the 61000 block of East Border Rock Road, SaddleBrooke.
Sept. 4
Kelly Rae Skjefstad, 42, Eagle Crest, was arrested in the area of Edwin Road and Eagle Crest Boulevard, Eagle Crest, on a failure to appear warrant. She was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.
Burglary was reported in the 40000 block of South RidgeView Boulevard, SaddleBrooke. A window was broken and a safe taken from an office.
Burglary was reported in the 600 block of South San Carlos Street, San Manuel.
Sept. 5
Illegal dumping was reported in the 2100 block of East Oracle Transfer Station Road, Oracle. A Waste Management employee reported that an unknown person had dumped his trash in the driveway to the facility after being told that the facility was not yet open.
A fight was reported at the San Manuel Junior-Senior High School.
Burglary was reported in the area of West Fourth Avenue, San Manuel.
Sept. 6
Nathaniel B. Harrison, 35, Oracle, was arrested in the 1700 block of Justice Drive, Oracle, and was charged with possession of dangerous drugs and probation violation. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.
Sept. 7
Laura L. Villaescusa, 23, San Manuel, was arrested in the 600 block of Tierra Verde, San Manuel, and was charged with criminal damage and assault. She was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.
An accident with injuries was reported in the area of Linda Vista and Mint, Oracle. A 76-year-old man was injured after he crashed his quad. He was transported by ambulance to University Medical Center with a possible broken arm and possible broken ribs.
Burglary was reported in the 48000 block of East Ballesta Road, SaddleBrooke.
A concerned citizen reported that a door was open at the Avenue B Elementary School, San Manuel. No cars were seen in the parking lot.
Sept. 8
Roberto Chavez Proano, 43, San Manuel, was arrested in the 2100 block of West American Avenue, Oracle, and was charged with disorderly conduct and assault. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.
Laura L. Villaescusa, 23, San Manuel, was arrested in the 2100 block of West American Avenue, Oracle, and was charged with assault, criminal damage and disorderly conduct. She was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.
Theft was reported in the 2100 block of West American Avenue, Oracle.
Criminal damage was reported in the 48000 block of East Ballesta Road, SaddleBrooke. A door and window were broken.
Theft of jewelry was reported in the 400 block of South McNab Parkway, San Manuel.
Sept. 9
Three runaway juveniles were reported in the 36000 block of South Mount Lemmon Road, Oracle.
Criminal damage was reported at the Mountain Vista School in Oracle. A rock was thrown through the cafeteria window.
Theft of a vehicle was reported in the 61000 block of East Redwood Drive, SaddleBrooke.
Criminal damage was reported in the 100 block of South Avenue B, San Manuel. The phone lines were cut.
