Pinal County Sheriff’s Report Aug. 20-26

The Pinal County Sheriff’s Report is taken from the daily logs, based on the information provided by deputies. All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Aug. 20

Theft was reported in the 2000 block of West El Paseo, Oracle.

Burglary was reported in the 300 block of South Avenue B, San Manuel, at the Adelante Juntos Youth Center.

Assault was reported in the 900 block of West First Avenue, San Manuel. Incident involved two school children. Parents did not wish to pursue charges.

Aug. 21

Criminal damage was reported in the 900 block of East Mount Lemmon Highway, Oracle. A vehicle’s window was broken.

Theft of jewelry was reported in the 61000 block of East Sandlewood Road, SaddleBrooke.

Theft of sunglasses was reported in the 63000 block of East SaddleBrooke Boulevard, SaddleBrooke.

Criminal damage was reported in the 200 block of South Avenue B, San Manuel. A vehicle’s tires were slashed.

Assault was reported at the San Manuel Library.

Assault was reported in the 33000 block of North Roadrunner Lane, San Tan Valley.

Aug. 22

Theft of a handgun and money was reported in the San Manuel Airport.

Theft of an ATV was reported in the area of West San Pedro, San Manuel.

Aug. 23

Criminal damage was reported in the 200 block of East Fifth Street, San Manuel.

Aug. 24

Neicy Chantele Marler, 28, Mammoth, was arrested in the 100 block of West Sixth Avenue, San Manuel, and was charged with failure to comply with a court order. She was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Vincente Ortiz Jr., 37, San Manuel, was arrested in the 400 block of West San Carlos, San Manuel, on three failure to appear warrants. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Theft of teeth was reported in the 2100 block of West American Avenue, Oracle.

Aug. 25

Assault was reported in the 36000 block of South Mount Lemmon Road, Oracle. A juvenile male was cited and released for simple assault.

Theft of beer was reported in the 2000 block of West American Avenue, Oracle.

Theft of two laundry carts was reported at the Happy Suds Laundromat in San Manuel.

Aug. 26

William E. Cole, 54, Oracle, was arrested in the 1700 block of Timberline, Oracle, and was charged with threats/intimidation, disorderly conduct, assault, aggravated assault and preventing the use of a telephone in an emergency. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Burglary was reported in the 1800 block of West Alex Austin Drive, Oracle.

Criminal damage was reported in the area of North Rockliffe Boulevard and West American Avenue, Oracle.
